This tool installs cylinder liners on Detroit Diesel 60 Series engines.  After inserting liner into the block, simply attach the installer tool using three cylinder head bolts. As the drive screw is tightened the installer plate presses the cylinder liner firmly into the engine block until it's properly seated.
