30145 - Counterbore Upper Deck Repair Sleeve Tool - DDA 60 Series
The Monaco Tool #30145 Kit, when combined with the Monaco Tool #52050, is a precision machining tool used to salvage and recondition diesel engine block counterbores that are cracked, damaged, or have been previously machined to their maximum depth.
The additional guide, installer and drive bars assist with the sleeve / repair bushing installation. The installed repair bushing creates a new counterbore that must then be finished with a secondary tool, such as the Monaco Tool 50133 Counterbore Cutter to return the block to the original manufacturer's specifications.
**NOTE: THIS KIT IS INTENDED FOR CUTTING FOR REPAIR SLEEVES, AND TO INSTALL THE REPAIR SLEEVES / BUSHINGS. THIS CUTTER PLATE WILL ONLY WORK WITH THE MONACO TOOL 52050, OR KENT-MOORE PT-2050-D**
